Handling

After you completed your order in our shop, you will receive a order confirmation e-mail from us. You will get another e-mail once we received your payment. After that we process your order and hand it over to our shipping partner.

 

Shipping within Germany

Once we handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Your package will be shipped to you via standard shipping method. Therefore, the flat rate for shipping is 5,00 €. For orders containing crew-socks only or neckerchiefs only, we offer you reduced shipping costs of 2,50 €. We do not charge shipping costs for our gift cards, hence they are digital products. Above an order value of 85 € we do not charge shipping costs.

The delivery time is 5-7 business days after payment instruction. Any delays in delivery caused by the shipping company are excluded.

 

Shipping within Europe

We offer shipping within Europe to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

Once we handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Your package will be shipped to you via standard shipping method. Therefore, the flat rate for shipping is 14,00 €. We do not charge shipping costs for our gift cards, hence they are digital products.

Returns

If you want to return an item, please use our return form, which is attached to the shipping confirmation e-mail you received. Fill in the form completely and put in your return package. You also find the required return form here. Keep in mind that your are responsible for the shipping costs of your return package.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please e-mail info@discussedcamomile.com or use our contact form. Make sure that you provide us your order number and the item name of the concerned product. In addition, take a clear picture of the problem. We will get in touch with you to start the return process.
